RESERVATION CONDITIONS 
The accommodation unit (pitch, mobilhome, and Glamping tents) is reserved for the guest after having accepted the quote received, then he has to pay the 30% deposit for the accommodation and pitch. Guests can also book through the online booking system on the website by following the guided procedure, which ends with the entry of personal details and payment card information.

Payment method 30%

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount to be paid within 3 days after our confirmation. Payment can be made by Bank transfer to:

FOR VILLAGE GUESTS (Accommodations)

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (you may arrive earlier and use the resort facilities while waiting for your accommodation, which may be ready ahead of schedule).

Late check-out: until 6:00 PM free of charge, provided the pitch has not been booked by other guests.

Check-out: by 10:30 AM.

FOR CAMPING GUESTS (Pitches)

Check-in: from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (if the pitch is available, check-in is possible from 8:00 AM).

Check-out: from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Late check-out: until 6:00 PM free of charge, provided the pitch has not been booked by other guests.


CANCELLATION POLICY

14 days – Mobile Homes, Glamping Tents, pitches.

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

If cancellation occurs after this deadline, the previously paid 30% deposit of the total reservation amount will be retained.

In case of no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged.

Non-penalty cancellations – Refunds

The refund following cancellation of the stay will be processed within 30 days after the cancellation notice is communicated by the guest via email to info@puntanavaccia.it.

The information required for the refund is:

  • Name under which the reservation was made
  • Complete guest details to process the bank transfer: account holder’s name, address, IBAN, and, if required, BIC/SWIFT code.


In this way, the booking office will have all the necessary information to proceed with the refund quickly and accurately.
